I measured the heights of several upper side rails in different stores and this particular store had the highest ones which made me feel it’s safer for my little one

Originally we wanted a loft with the ladder on the side instead of in the front. Fortunately, we visited the store, and after mentioning the size of the room, We were advised there wouldn’t be enough space for the child to access the ladder between our wardrobe and the loft. I’m very pleased with their professional customer service.

I called to place my order, and the lady asked whether I wanted to include the optional trundle bed below. The trundle bed I received features the same design as their chocolate color image. It’s incredibly useful, functioning like a storage box with four side panels. I’ve been able to store all of the kids’ linens underneath.

was choosing a gift for my grandson’s bday, the lady over the phone was very helpful in assisting me with the decision well, the price was a bit beyond my budget once factored in the delivery fee, but now my grandson is absolutely in love with it, all worth it

I like the feature- allows this bunk bed to be converted into 1 single and 1 double bed. This way, when my kids grow up and want their own space, they can still use the same bed.

preferred to see the product in person, took my daughter to store to try to see if there is enough space below the loft for her to comfortably use the desk. the store had a desk displayed under the loft that happened to be the perfect height for my 14 yrs old

We only have one child, but he has always wished for a bunk bed. On his 9th birthday, we finally surprised him with one as a gift. It’s great for accommodating guests and sleepovers, definitely worth the money.

We have moved 3 times since purchasing this bunk bed, and remarkably, the bed is still in excellent condition. We have consistently decided to take it with us to our new locations. Each time we relocate, we have requested the instruction manual, and the customer service has been outstanding. My son chose this bunk, our first experience purchasing large, bulky goods without physically seeing the product beforehand. We had some concerns until we assembled the bed, and we are delighted with it. The bed is exceptionally sturdy and can comfortably support adult weight, can’t express how thrilled our son is after using this bed.
